Couples Retreats Mallorca
The couple retreats can be similar to the Individual retreats (see packages) and you can choose it to be more oriented towards yoga, breathing exercises and relaxation as the main goal, or more towards couple coaching. You will share the program, food and accommodation together, with a discount for the second person. We can discuss any format that would suit your situation best.
We plan your program in such a way that not every day is full, and you will have plenty of time to explore the area, and relax indoors or out.
We invite couples to come to relax and regenerate together, and take home some exercises for daily life relaxation and meditation. It’s always great if you can strengthen each other in those things and to remain open. It’s a joy to walk the yoga path together. No problem if the levels are very different. We work in small groups and Aleid loves working with people who have never done yoga, or have very specific challenges or questions.
In a more therapeutic way we offer retreats for couples who wish to take a look at their relationship or their future steps in life. This can be a general exploration, or around specific returning themes that can happen between partners.
In the past few years Aleid has achieved certification in Imago Couples Therapy, in addition to other qualifications, (see About Us) and is very fond of these new tools. Imago is a specific way of facilitating safe dialogue between couples and understanding each other’s returning triggers and defenses better. Imago based writing assignments are used individually and for couples to learn to cross the bridge into the others world.
We offer a reduced price stay for a partner who comes to support the other, without taking part in the coaching / therapy. This can be great, for example, in the recovery phase after illness, or when dealing with depression, anxiety or exhaustion.
Example Day Program
- 08:30-9:00 breakfast smoothie and tea
- 09:00-11:00 yoga in small group (in summer earlier and sometimes on the beach), special coffee / tea and healthy snack after yoga
- 12:30-13:30 individual session
- 13:30-14:30 hot vegetarian lunch together, siesta (-: walk / swim / cycle etc
- 17:00-18:00 massage
– light dinner (together or take it where/when you like)
– enjoy our infra red sauna in the evening if you like
– once a week a special option for mantra singing evening, or live music, a large sauna, a longer walk/cycle tour etc
